3 Bedroom House Plans With Basement

3 Bedroom House Plans With Basement – Basements are not available in all homes, but those houses that have basements often used for additional rooms or a couple of small rooms. By careful planning, a small basement bedroom does not have the lack of visual appeal just because the decor should also be functional. I want to recommend the layout of this house with traditional and modern design at some point, very cute in my opinion, two floors, built on uneven ground, and a covered surface of 132 square meters.

We start on the ground floor, which is only for the garage with space for two cars and the 3 bedroom house plans with basement, which could be better used in my opinion, although it is at ease and according to the needs of each. On the other hand, the upper floor has the kitchen independently, next to this the dining room, and the spacious living room connected to this by a hallway. Finally, we have the bathroom for general use, and the three bedrooms, having private bathroom one of them.

Small 3 bedroom house plans with basement do not have built in closets so incorporate shallow closets that give you the same storage options, hanging and folding – while taking up less space. Finding a closet with a frosted glass front dressing seems to have depth and does not mimic a solid wall, which keeps the room visually larger looking.
